We restored this De Tomaso BRM engined sport 1000 Fantuzzi for Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2009. The car is a unique prototype that came from the De Tomaso museum in very poor condition. We undertook a very sympathetic restoration to keep as much of its original patina as possible. The bodywork was restored around the original side transfers. As the car had never been used and the only mechanical damage was caused by  someone trying to recommision it a while ago, apart from stripping and cleaning everything it need very few new parts. Its new owner drove it up Goodwood hill before having it shipped back to Canada.
